    When I try to enter the spacemap, I get the message: Couldn't load plugin.
    What do I do? My ID is: 61159211

    This is your flash player plugin.

    1. Check to see if the adobe flash player plugin is installed as some browsers do not have the flash player as an embedded part of the browser.
    2. Check if your flash player is up to date.
    3. Clear your browser and flash cache and reboot your computer.

    If your browser as recently updated the update may be corrupt and a clean install may be required, ( do a web search for tutorials on how to do this for the browser that you use).

    You can also try to use a different browser.
