[TI] Possible Pirate Bug

Okay so the Uber Pirates were introduced and gave you Cargo Drops with Palladium in them. I have noticed with the Pirate Event and the numerous people not collecting the drops I am not getting any Palladium from the Cargo I am collecting. I also watched an Uber Interceptor get popped and no Cargo was dropped, before you say the killer collected it, I have "Show Cargo that is not yours" shown and there is nothing being dropped by the Uber Pirates anymore. Did the "Raid Box" replace these? IF YES, then are these only seen by the original lock player or was it designed like the Cargo Drop for anyone to collect if enough time passed without it being collected?

 

Raid Box replaces the cargo and only the first shooter is able to collect them. Cargo settings does not affect to the raid box in any case and I have no further information if there's a possibility to pick up like regular cargo. Regular cargo does appear normally after the Pirate Raid, at least last time it was like this. I don't know if it's intentional or a bug, but for me it looks more like a feature.
