    How is it that some players get special offers on premium or uridium when they log in?

    I know several of my clan get a reduced special offer on premium when they run out, it comes up when they log in, yet a lot of us dont get the offer?

    Is this a random thing (which i dont believe it is as 1 person i know gets it EVERY time his premium expires).

    I believe it's only when someone already purchases Premium, and it has expired, or will soon. If you never had it, you wouldn't get it.

    That's how mine was.

    Generally those offers are computer generated to let the player know that their current premium is due to expire and those particular offers give incentive to renew.
