[TI] PROBLEM WITH PAYMENT

    Hello. So, the problem is that when i try to pay something(doubler in the situation)
    the payment page doesn't let me to. What happens is that when i choose what i want and write all my data inside the boxes click "Purchase" the page just refreshes and on the back of the link says: CCCOMPUTOP_AUTHORIZATION
    the whole link before i click purchase is like WNAwuaweNuwraLbynKlw3Mnyhl
    and after i click it it goes to:
    https://www.bigpoint-payment.com/bi...**********&errorcode=CCCOMPUTOP_AUTHORIZATION

    payment method is Debit card, my user ID is 161938844

    I have money in the card FOR SURE, deleted ALL cookies, candies, chokolates, history and saved data for the past purchases refreshed all whats possible updated all things and still doing the same



    p.s SID and TID in the second link are censored from me
     
  2. You need to contact payment support as forums can't help with payment. Also, if you have never used the card before to make purchases, you may want to check with your bank as well as they tend to put blocks for international payments. Once DO has an issue with a payment type, they will not try to use it again for you. Its a waste of their time. If the payment will not go through that way, you may try going round about, such as using pay-pal to make the payment. That way, it gets bought and paid for and the money still comes from your bank account. Its just going around a bit, instead of straight. At any rate, since this is a payment problem, don't be surprised when this thread is shut down by the mods. You have been warned. :rolleyes:

    Hello iNSANE(BG),

    There are two immediate options I can think of to assist you in resolving this... #1 Contact the card issuing bank/financial institution and ask if there were any errors related to the transaction you attempted through DarkOrbit and Bigpoint as this may help locate the problem. If there were no errors or any clues as to why the transaction did not go through, #2 would be to contact payment support to look into it from their side of the transaction attempt.

    Unfortunately, there really is nothing else we can do from here in forums to assist in this matter. Closing as referred to support if necessary.
