[TI] promerium missing in speed genarators

i logged in after the server restart today at about 1200 and found that 34k promerium was missing from the speed generators , i was left with 1 mins worth .if this runs out every time i put some in its going to make playing the game very difficult

 

I think it's a visual glitch, gens seem to run OK.

I have the same problem with seprom and promerium on speed and shield gens.

 

me too, my shield seprom is empty a.k.a 0 (zero), actualy i have 500k min. for my shield seprom....hope this only April mop

 

Same problem here on server Global Europe 7. Was offline for couple of days, when I got back I see this:


I have spent too many promerium and seprom on them. It only shows 1 min, but never expires. I can see that I have boosted shield and boosted speed.

Mods, any feedback on what's going on?

Yup I did. It's the same. Also, I have just noticed bug with the P.E.T shield which I am testing right now, and if it is the same, I will post new thread.

 

Everytime I log out and in I lose all the sep and prom I put in. Asked for help but have heard nothing from support. The reset this morning did something since when I first logged in message flashed on screen "Generators are updating" and watched all my prom and sep get sucked out ..Not funny. Why so many problems every time system gets reset?? Been going on for months.

 

you can add but as soon as you log and and back in it is gone.

 

One more thing Ddraig, as I have mention in my first post, it seems like it is a visual glitch. I am boosted all the time, just shows 1 min remaining and that won't expire at all.

 

I have added to both and when I do the original amount will flash for a second , then revert back to either 1 minute on one of my accounts or flashes then shows the amount in relation to what I just added on my other account .

 

What server is that on? Just asking... besides global europe...

Im having the same issue on us 3 with sep and prom on generators, but if you pay close attention when you add more to it, it will flash for just a second how much you really have. so it shows 1 minute but when added to, it showed the correct number for a split second before returning to 1 minute. hopefully this will not be a issue very long.

 

OK, it is happening to me in us 2. I know I have enough seprom and prom on speed and shields to last weeks so there is time to fix it...So fix it...

Yeah, that flashing is true. I have noticed it yesterday when I put more seprom on shields. It flashed do the normal value and reverted to 1 min again, as said above

still no solution of this, yesterday 500k minute speed seprom and 200k minute gen prome gone from my ship, and now 30k speed seprom gone again, my ship looks like a newbie ship with only 364,217 shield (without seprom shield) rather then with seprom that can be 509k shield, omg. (btw, i i play at GE4 server)

 

I am betting all the servers that this affects have had the same updates applied to them while others have not. But then not everyone on the affected servers is having the issue. This I know so it will be harder to fix from my point of view. I still have it on US West
