    What is this RZone thing and why doesn't it work? I have been sitting in Que for over 30 minutes...

    They have problems with it and as they are working on the merges they have ignored the R Zone you will need to send a ticket to SUPPORT to get out of the que.

    As stated, if you are stuck, then you need to contact Support to get out of te R-Zone.

    Closing as referred to Support.
