[TI] Random Bug

Hey guys,

last time I had some trouble with a weird bug which appears randomly in the game.
It technically makes me unable interact within the game and the only way to fix it is a relog.

So, let's say I'm fighting against another player and the bug appears. After that moment Im not able to use any buttons, I cant click enemies/Pets/NPCs nor can I activate or deactivate my pet.
But the enemy himself, the npcs and all other ingame things and players are still being able to move freely. During the time I also see the damage the enemy does to me completely normal every second.The thing is, when Im trying to move myself, I do see myself moving, also on the minimap. But it doesnt matter how much I move, I will ALWAYS be on the same spot when that bug appears. So I could literally move to the other side of the map but the enemy is still on the other side doing damage to me just fine.
Like I said this bug is completely random so whenever I am in a fight or on a strong NPC, Im pretty much dead.

You could somehow describe it as a Disconnection except that you still see the game fluently.
Is there anyone else who experienced that kind of bug ?

I have experienced the same kind of thing. When it has happened to me my internet connection dropped, but not lost completely, however enough to disrupted the game. Have you tried resetting your router, clearing flash player and all that sort of thing. Also you could invest in an internet booster extender.

It does sound like a connection or equipment problem rather than a problem with the game itself.

 

This is not so much a bug but a lag spike something most players experience, this is also very common in GG's when you get large waves of LK's.

 

hi its monk24 from gb1 its a online game you need to chak your enter Nate if its farts then its bug think but i don no whats theta but sum time i got big lag wan i play pvp then its ha pan there use rocket so far & pop me its sum thing hapand my mate

 

Hmm that actually makes sense.
I already tried several router restarts, cleared all sort of things (flash player, cache, cookies), but I haven't tried out another browser yet, I'd need to wait for that DC to appear and that would be bothersome. I'm currently using Firefox btw.
But thanks for that hint. I'm going to pay some more attention to my internet connection in the future.

 

I have encountered the issue and have had to re-log to get the game playable again. Sometimes I come back to a destroyed ship but usually I was just fine. As stated it is a partial disconnect condition where you are still seeing what you are doing on your computer but not actually on the server, and is why keyboard functions (other inputs) do not work.

Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be. experiencing these issues.

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
11. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.
