    Does rebate 25% off also apply to upgrades?

    Yes Rebate also applies to upgrades, as shown in this example of 100% upgrading a Lv1 LF4(though I also have Premium):

    Without Rebate:

    Rebate does decrease the price of upgrades by 25%, would be 30% if you also have premium. Ty Kyro for assisting.
