    the drop down menu for quantity won't drop down, stuck at quantity 1. ID#-163288611 server- US West name-~Foghat-II~

    I will need to look at your account to see what the issue is. could you please log out for a few moments -

    After making several attempts to investigate your issue, our only suggestion would be to have you look at the ore that you have available that you are trying to refine. As we did test this issue on other accounts and could not reproduce the issue you are having.

    i've transported both Prom and Sep from my skylab to my ship so there is ore, the problem is when I try to upgrade my shields and weapons or if I try to refine ore that I've collected the drop down quantity menu is stuck at 1.

    Hi ~Greek~,

    I have checked your account and everything appears to be working on my end. Can i ask what resources you are trying to refine, for example if you are trying to refine promerium, do you have enough resources (xenomite etc.)?
