    I have verified that the Seprom use on upgrades has been reported and it is being investigated further.
    For those players with this particular issue, could you please post the following:
    Ship name
    User ID
    Server.

    Astraea_the_CLANLESS/Astraea68
    As for you chat issue, I have found no real reason you should be having a chat issues.
    You did Have chat on June 29, 2016.

    If you are still experiencing that particular issue please let me know.
