[TI] Rocket purchase, but no rockets

    Another glitch?

    I used to use auto buy rocket cpu, but had to remove it to make room for lab cpu to circumvent skylab to refining/upgrades tab transfer problem, which is still not fixed. So I was running low on eco-10s. Went to store and bought 1000 rounds, went back to game- they didn't show. Been experiencing crazy lag, so thought maybe takes a while. I waited. Still no. Sucker for punishment, I went back and bought 1000 more. My credits are missing, but I still have no rockets.

    Cleared cache, logged out, rebooted, still no.

    I went back to base, and then hangar, had to remove lab cpu, put in rocket buy, to get 500 (only had 48 at this point) and then take it out and put lab cpu back in to be able to play. Not a great solution, but will work temporary. And to be fair, my credits did not go down this time, so I am only out for 1000 eco-10s.

  2. Check your logbook to see if it shows the purchase or not. Also, as a temp fix, move something to a drone, like the lab cpu. You need to have a rocket buy cpu on both configs for your basic and launcher purchases. Contact support about the purchase issue if you find you indeed spent any credits on the rockets so you can get them for use.
     
  3. It seems that this has been reported before and the Hangar ammo is not matching the in-game ammo. Did you access the shop from inside the maps or on the back page? If from the back page you might try clicking the cart in the maps and see if that allows the purchase to be seen in the maps.

    I know this is something that is affecting some players but not all so like PSK~SUNDANCE says contact Support and let them know as much as you can so they can try to recreate the issue and remove it from your account. Luckily it is credit ammo that you are buying instead of Uridium.

    Thank you both for your assistance with this players issue.

    As recommended you will need to contact support and provide the following information

    Ship Name
    User ID
    Server
    Registered email address

    and a copy of the transaction logs so that the matter can be investigated further.
