[TI] RSB problem

Hello i have problem with RSB ammo!!,i buy RSB but now show in game tree times i buyed same problem the RSB not show in game but took my uridium!
What i must to do thx alot and regards.

 

Check your equipment page in your hanger go to drop down arrow click ammo and check there. If it's not there try restarting and clearing your cache. And if it's still not there check your history for purchase and send copy into support they will give it to you. Enjoy

 

Unfortunately unless you do screenshots of your ammo counts before and after the Purchase it is difficult to prove that you did receive the ammo purchased. You should be able to see the purchase in the Uridium Page Balance Tab logbook and the Main Page Logbook will show the amount of ammo purchased. But a message to support is really the only way it is going to be corrected. I do know that since the team is making so many updates/fixes to the system the logbook that we see is very limited as to what we can see (used to be 30 days and now seems like less than 2 weeks.

 

in inventory show my RSB ammo what i buyd but in game still not showing i clear my cache but it same again

 

Maybe just a visual problem try shooting rsb and if it works maybe it's just not showing that's all.

 

Sounds like a residual Flash issue. You may need to reset the computer and Modem/Router tp get it to show in the maps. At least it is showing in the Hangar so you know you have it available.

 

I do that 5min ago but still problem is here show RSB in inventory but in game missing i clear everything and restart all

 

any one here can help?? i cant shoot RSB not show in game!!,in inventory i have RSB ammo but missing in game!,from booty key when i get RSB show in game but when i buy from shop not counting in game!
please any help????i send message support 2 day ago but no one still not respond.

 

You will have to be patient with support they are still busy with events and game bugs i'm sure they will respond soon. Enjoy
