[TI] Santa's list of thing to fix

1. Skylab - for some reason it appears production keeps stopping as when i look at the refinery's they have the red triangle on them which implies they are no longer working! Not just me i have asked many people and all have same issue!

2. Contacts icon on space-map - bugged! takes 2 or 3 clicks on it for it to stay open, not just me i have asked many people and all have same issue!

3. Space-map in general - Whenever i go to back page and then back to the space-map the space-map has frozen! again not just me but many players!

4. The lag! - what is going on lately as every 5,6 or 7 seconds the space-map will freeze up briefly, again many people have this issue.

 

Issue 1: What level is your Solar Module compared to all of the other modules? It should be of the same level or higher in order for enough power to be supplied. You specifically mentioned the refineries. Are your collectors at a lower level than your refineries? It can produce a bottleneck, where your collectors cannot supply resources to keep the refineries running.

Issue 2: Could be a localized issue, but I have noticed some of my other windows randomly closing/not staying open when I activate their icon. Could be from how I handle my mouse, though.

Issue 3: That is more than likely a problem on your end, either with your internet connection, or with the build of your PC. There are still many players who have not had that issue at all.

Issue 4: Known & announced for now. There are still accounts being merged (inactive accounts), causing lag spikes at times. I have noticed that playing right after a server restart gives a lag free experience for quite a while, if you're able to play at that time.

 

For item number 2; I have seen that myself, but I know what the issue is, for me at least, I do have a tired little mouse. There is a double-click (or more) that happens from time to time. The double click can be annoying, but I am hoping wifey gets me a new mouse for under the tree...

HelpMeHelpYou once had a post of many glitches that have never been addressed.
I have not seen a post from he/she in quite awhile, probably due to being ignored by DO to actually FIX this game, instead of creating "STUFF" that is self serving to DO in form of REVENUE only.
Maybe admin should look back and raise passed posts on "glitches" from the ashes.
They may be "surprised" to see that glitches, that came after the "April Fools " joke from 2016, are still in the game!

Skylab: I have everything maxed out, solar module has more than enough power to have everything running yet if i have more than 1 refinery on at a time they all shut down. its quite a pain to have to keep logging in to check if i ran out of a certain mineral so i can switch off the other refineries to have the other one going

Update: Maybe its the xeno module that cant keep up even though its maxed as well? although that doesn't explain why the prometid and duranium also stop with that red triangle

 

You will not get a realistic answer.
Its a money company so even though it changed hands and we thought things may improve very little has changed.
The Lag which is the majority of players bug bear is still is with us.
I have a top computer and still get it.
Good fun in a fight. I dont think.
Money comes first although with the amount of players using bots and getting away with it one wold argue that point.
I just play.
By the way I also have the same (on occasions) with refinery production as well as jumping from game page to back page then back and game freezing.
I do find however if i revert back to full screen it is ok.

Problem number 3 is a problem with flash player, you can fix it by resizing the page when it happens
