[TI] Settings shows nothing ingame

whenever i want to do something like remove chat on my icons entirely turning it off, i click on settings and it just shows me nothing, its just a blank slate, i tried once clearing cache, it didnt worked for me, trying to relog, still not working.

i asked in global chat also they experience this kind of bug in the game where the settings wont show up anything you can edit in the game, there are also times my settings are being reset on its own especially the hotkeys when i just equipped the scatter laser for the first time (now i fixed it and selected my custom keys to what i want it) and also my graphic settings for the game, i set the ship details, textures and bg off, but sometimes when i log in its back to default, all of it turned ON except the background on the mini map and in the map itself.
