You can help by asking such websites/webmasters to change to using modern, secure PPAPI/Pepper plugins and HTML5, which will be supported by Chrome browser, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.

my reply from support...they blame you DO for using outdated tech, that allows people to cheat....

thz 4 the help!!!!I think its a bigger problem than ya'll want to admit. How will DO be able to survive when the largest American company no longer supports DarkOrbit and their outdated tech??? they wont!!!

Never had any problems and i have used Google Chrome for as long as i can remember. You make it sound like Chrome only supports HTML5 and nothing else which is considerably harsh considering how relatively new HTML5 is and how long DO has been running for. Also DO does support the PPAPI/Pepper Plugins since that is what i have running at the moment.

You should probably check your chrome://plugins to make sure you don't have two flash players running at the same time, as in the past that has often caused most issues. However shockwave crashes are hardly uncommon or something isolated to DO, you only have to Google "shockwave crash in chrome" and you'll be flooded with a list of results

  5. Been here since the beginning. I've always use Chrome with no issues other than the pepper flash thing, which I took care of.

For all those using chrome. wait until your next update, you wont be able to play. the problem is with those who are using a chromebook. their OS does not support DO and their outdated tech according to goggle.

sadly, i only have shockwave crash when playing DO. maybe get with the times and use tech that doesn't allow manipulation and easy access for hackers. until DO fixes the backdoor, anyone using a chromebook wont be able to play DO. It's a problem for me yes, but I wont be losing any money. DO will!

    from chrome support....
Starting in Chrome 42, NPAPI plugins like Adobe Shockwave have begun the final phase of removal, and will no longer work in Chrome nor be shown in the chrome://plugins page.

Don't blame me...blame your outdated tech DO. The times are a changing, try to keep up. yours truly, a ufe player, taking my $ and going to play league of legends.

SnakeIdol, I have tested the game in Chrome using the built-in Flash player and it is working properly even in 3D mode. Have you tried reinstalling Chrome to see if there is a problem with your installation?
