    So i sent myself the wrong resource and wanted to speed up the wait. I tried the link to watch an ad in exchange for 45 minutes. It gave me a cute survey asking a bunch of questions about my experience with darkorbit. Fine. It gets to the end and says "Thank you for participating! Your opinion is important to us and helps us make the game better". I wait and nothing happens, so i close the little window and low and behold, no time was deducted. Thanks, wish i could go back and lower a few scores ;p

    Hi Dingbat,

    Thank you for reporting this to us. I have checked your account and out of the 6 speed up attempts you made yesterday, 5 of them were successful and you should have received a 45 minute deduction. However we shall try to investigate further as to why you didn't receive a deduction for this particular one.

    Yes, the ads worked fine, only the survey didn't. I remember having the survey once before, and it didn't work then either.
