    I've equipped 10 spartan drone designs but the effect for the drones is still at 10 to 20% as if there were no designs equipped at all, is this normal or should the effect go to 20% 20% like with havoc since it gives the same damage boost?

    The information you request can be found >HERE<. But to answer the question you get the effects of both Havoc and Hercules. You should see 10% shield and damage boost plus a 15% HP increase with all 10 Spartan Drone Designs applied. Not sure if you are supposed to see anything in the DRONE section as to the increase but you should definitely see it in the client (game) when looking at the Shield and HP levels.
