    DDR-02 is not visible in assembly, although it is not on the ship, I cannot produce spartan
    (They are not on the irises DD-DR-02 (Hercules))

    I could be wrong, but I think they're a reward for something, not a creatable, or purchasable thing.

    Spartan can only be craftet, if u have the Hercules and Havoc not equipped, and u have finished Kronos Gate at least once.

    Because Kronos gives you the Blueprint for Spartan.
