[TI] Start page do not progress

    Hello sirs

    As of a while ago - i click start to navigate to gameplay the start page simply do not progress farther 30% of loading process - is it a common glitch corresponding to server configs or else as i experience this for first time since i've begun playing approax a year ago.

    Thanks to verify this incident enabling me continue my in game quests.

    Ramzi-BZ, This can be caused by a number of different items. Have you updated your flash player? This can also be caused by old data in your flash cache. Please try clearing your browser and flash cache. Can you try a different browser to see if the issue is persistent?

    hello Raijin

    very nice you're here to help - as you certainly know iv'e read some threads on forum witch usually guide on to different solution
    but as noted there is no definite answer found whom experienced same issue and all clues were around connection to servers

    -browser & flash updated to last published releases where also different browser were tested unfortunately not the cause
    -dev tools to monitor connections performance & lookup do not much offer resolution for our knowledge ive raised to support for
    interference and still waiting

    i can make available whatever info in order to aid in this case.

    You probably do this if i get the stuck at about a third i cancel reload the game from page one and sometimes have to start the whole procedure again from restarting my browser.

    Hope this helps and is not condescending.

    As we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing continued issues with gaming access to the actual flight screen.

    If I am correct, you are playing on a Global America Server, you have already done the Java updates, the Flash player updates and browser updates.

    So I would ask could it be one of the following possibilities:


    1. Cache needs to be empty
    2. Browser history may need to be cleared.
    3. Distance from server
    4. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
    5. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
    6. Programs Running in the Background
    7. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

    8. Possible server problem. (as I am currently unable to locate an issue with the (Global America server)

    Could any of these items possible be the issue?

    nice to hear from you - all of you what mentioned is correct as routine maintinance whitch i tried it mant times.
    i currently work on the issue i will relaunch new operating system and set up clear software programs i expect to finish tonight - i will let you know on findings

    Very pleased to have gotten back to game and forum i'm able to play now after considerably big work of software re-installations
    FYI - i didn't get any hand on certain syndrome or suspect a single cause to take future precautions.
    nevertheless - i recognized that support team will correspond in a special way behind our sight as they often do
