[TI] Strange and Frequent Lag spikes

    Well, as the name implies I seem to be suffering from frequent lag spikes out of the blue, I run low graphics and everything but that doesn't stop the game from sitting there and doing nothing while I unknowingly get destroyed. I have had a few of my friends that I know also complain to me about how they also lag for unknown reasons.

    Anyone got a clue what's going on, or a fix for it?
