[TI] Stuck in Loading Screen (UBA?)

    I seem to be stuck in the "Establishing Connection" screen when I press "START". After doing some research, it seems that this problem occurs when people try to go to UBA/Refractions, and so I checked my ship location and it says "JP-Pre". However, I never once have tried to go to either UBA or Refractions, which is the strange part...
    Either way, I am stuck. Can an admin jump me out for the fastest fix?

    Can you log in onto your account , you should be moved out from UBA. If you contacted Support, please do not create forum topic it won't speed up the progress. Please let me know if everything is okay so I can lock the thread.
