    Figured out my Subscriptions are broken. When I click Uridium > Subacriptions I DO NOT GET AN OPTION TO DELETE INFORMATION AND OR CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS.

    Please fix

    erm...

    i need an answer soon or else my subscription will automnatically renew itself and i dont want that to happen. pls help

    I have 2 questions?

    1. Are you using a gift card to make these purchases?
    2. Are you purchasing the 1 week items?

    Gift card purchases will not renew the 1 week packages do not have the 14 day requirement for cancellation that a 1 month subscription package has.

    If neither of these is the case, then I recommend that you contact support and request they cancel them manually.

    i use gift card as my purchases and i buy the 1 week subscriptions. also i have a prem for 1 month which i cancelled before hand. so
    what would i do in the future when i buy the prem again?

    also so when i use gift card payment method it wont renew subscription of the 1 week ones? thanks for info very helpful :)
