  1. I sent in 2 tickets to support regarding bugs with my account that have a very large impact on my ability to play Dark Orbit. This was 3 days ago and I haven't heard from support since in regards to the issue, I was wondering if they were just backed up or there is something amiss. I'm sure other players sending in tickets would like some information on the current situation with support.

    Hello WORST*BEHAVIOR~{MMO},

    Support does get quite busy at times. Their goal is to respond within 48 hours and to keep your wait as minimal as possible, however there are times when this just cannot happen due to the shear volume of tickets submitted, support personnel availability etc.

    Please be patient in awaiting your reply from them as they will get to your ticket(s) as quickly as they can. If you received the automated reply after submitting your ticket(s), your ticket is in the queue to be answered as soon as they are able.

    Do you, the original poster, have any further questions on this topic?
     
  3. I have no further questions, was just wondering if it was out of the normal to wait for this period of time or if something I didnt know was happening that players needed to know.
