[TI] System: Authorization failed!

My chat went down in hades and now it wont come back ..? cleared cache as they say ... re-logged shut down router and restarted it restarted pc what more can i do like WTH all im getting is this System: Authorization failed! if i was banned surely it would say

 

Contact Support. It may be a DO thing. What server btw? Also, did you check different browsers, may not matter. I am doing my server circuit, maybe I will find the same thing.

 

GB1 SERVER MATE ....I have tried few browsers explorer and opera and chrome do same for me crash when using pet short cut and yes I think its a problem for support no browser is showing my chat but others have chat so weird and annoying as its the % gg discount and I wanted to do a hades runs

 

This usually means the SERVER is down. Chat is operated by a different server than the in-game mapping system. They frequently have issues with it and on the weekend you can pretty much believe no one is going to be working on the problem.

3 DAYS still no chat some one going to sort this or what how is some one supposed to play a game they can interact on ?????????????????????????????????????

 

I know it may be a bit silly, but have you updated your Java and Flash, and made sure to clear the cache of those programs?

After making an attempt to investigate your issue, I can only suggest that you contact support and explain the matter to them and see if they have any further abilities to investigate further.
