[TI] Tech Center Messed Up

    When I go to Skylab<Tech Center I am not given the option to produce items anymore. All there is is produce instantly, delete tech items, and buy now, and you can't even click any of them. You can't build anything with creds, sep, and stuff. Please fix this soon. TY
