[TI] Test Server Log in

Hi, I am unable to get into clint, it keep saying me Establishing Connection, even I can't change equipment in hanger but it says your ship is not near station or waiting for a duel in the Ultimate Battle Room. I don't remember I enter in UBA or not but I tryed to change company and it move my ship from 3-4 to 2-1 but still I can't log in and still hanger says your ship is not near station or waiting for a duel in the Ultimate Battle Room.

Clint: I can't log in. It keep saying Establishing Connection..


Hanger: I can't change equipment event after changing company it move my ship to X-1 map.


Current Location: my ship is in 2-1 after company change.


This happen not once, this is happening since last 2-4 tests.

I'm getting this too, I think everyone is. Bigpoint warned us if the server crashed it wouldn't come back up.

 

well servers are still up not everyone there are old players still playing, one of my friend told me new players and some old players are still playing with out any issue.

 

It goes down now but still we need solution for this bug so we can play next time.

 

i play on us east 1 and my friend plays on the same and when trying to join test server the page went to an error page and now isnt able to switch back to us east1 server and is now sent to the same error page when trying to login, and the same one that it switches to after refreshing the page. any info on this..?

 

Those who can not get into the maps or login to the Test2 Server need to have their ships moved from where they were when the server was closed the last time they were in it. This can only be done by the Techs. Those needing to get relocated, need to send a ticket to SUPPORT for assistance, or post information (UID, Normal Server, where ship was on Test2, etc) and hope the information will be passed up to the techs before the next Test2 Open announcement.

They really need to give a notice of the server going DOWN before they shut it down to give people a chance to exit special locations (G G's, Special Maps, anything that is not NORMAL access point). They give us a 2 minute warning before server reset why can't they do the same with the closing of the Test Server (granted a crash is still a crash but it might resolve so many being locked out every time).

 

what if we forget our last log in location? I contact support about this but I don't think they know what happened -_- cause they says to remove cashes and change browser and I allready tryed that.
