test server is open and cant log in hmm nothing new there ..

 

Unfortunately I am unsure why the test server is open, but if they are running a test event it usually only allows a certain number of people on the server for that testing. You can continue to try logging in and see if it will allow you access. There is also the possibility that the server is not actually open to the community. It could have just shown in the list while being prepped for a test event.

They are running a Ship Customization test but the customization is not working at all. Can not equip the frost designs even after buying them so a complete failure for what they wanted to test. New Hangar system looks like it is going to be really confusing.

Most issues are from people who were in G G's when the server went down the last time they played on it.

There needs to be a way to automatically pop them out of these Gates before shutting the server off. Too many people complaining about not getting to access the Test Instance to see what is happening.

 

I agree that it's confusing without better instruction on what to look for and how to test it, but I just went through the flow of purchasing a Goliath, purchasing the Frost Design for it, and equiping it.

The flow may be confusing at the moment, but the functionality works.

 

Okay so help me as I have been into the TEST server 3 times and SHOP shows I have the Frost design for Goliath but I can not find it in the main hangar page or the equipment section of the page. I also do not see anything on the maps that would allow me to equip it from there.

HELP ME.

Okay I found the drop down menu but it seems we can only customize the PLAIN Goliath ship you can not Absolute Zero any of the Goliath Designed ships (Sovereign for example).

my main acc is still stuck on the test server im unable to log on to my GB1 acc keeps trying to log in to http://test2.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=calmDown but nothing so Im not very happy as I cant play

The test server got 500 or 250 player capacity (dont remember the number right now). When its got enough players you cant play on it, try to login a few minutes later.

 

IVE TRYED ON AND OF FOR 10 HOURS LMAO just logged in and tried again and guess what lool stil cant get on sod the game later

For those players who are stuck in the Test server. You must post your user ID and Server so that we can place your ship back on that active server.

You do also have the option of contacting support.
