[TI] the protocols for the pet not working?

I have the same issue, my 9 PET salvage protocols are not working.

When i was enjoying the double GG weekend, every time i would jump to a new map my P.E.T. auto loot protocol would not work, it either resets to passive, or it stays on auto loot and acts like its in passive. Same happens in regular maps, the protocols shouldnt change, and my pet shouldnt retract until i log out. I'm fine with re activating my P.E.T. when i log in. The default protocol should be the same though, the last one selected.

Description:
All my salvage protocols on pet are on my pet and when i pick up bonus boxs they are not being counted as being active. my boxing doubler is active and counting, so when i pick up a 150 uri box in Bmaps, it is counting as 300 but the extra 24% from protocols isn't being added on.

What compensation is being given to the lost uri from this?
I have canceled my subscriptions till the lag and glitches are fixed.

Please fix this.

 

Yeah mine salvage protocols not working too , they need to fix it now.

I know its been a crazy week and thank you for volunteering and keeping us posted on the assembly system and lag issues.

Any update would be helpful, even knowing that they are looking into it.

 

Couple of days ago, I have messaged support about some in game bugs, and they told me that they are aware of all the bugs that are currently in the game, and that they are working on a fix.

I am more than sure that they check the forums all the time with new bugs that are being reported, so I am sure that they are working on this bug too. They just asked me and all of us to be patient.

At least we saw that they are working on, cause lag is gone and the servers are stable now. Some of the in game bugs I have personally reported have been fixed the next day after they fixed the server lag.

Eh, no problem.

I do not want to sound like the bug you are talking about is not important.. I mean, it is a pain to not receive the right amount of rewards from protocols. But, they had a lot of bugs, and they will fix them soon. I personally reported a bug where I couldn't finish missions, because the collection of bonus boxes was not counting towards mission goals. I was stuck, too much uridium and credits were waiting for a fix.

But, it happens. They will fix it sooner or later.

 

Can we get A reply from an admin about the pet protocalls not working or are you going to just ignore us ?

 

Maybe it is saturday night? What do you expect them, to work till 3am in the morning?

Yes this is annoying and some may even say unscrupulous not making sure they are working but they jumped into releasing the A.S. without a thorough TEST of it and thus we get the conflicts in code that is causing the glitches we have to suffer thru. this weekend there are a limited number of People in the office that could give the Mods the answers you are demanding from them and IF they are there they are trying to keep NEW problems from popping up not working on current issues.

 

Acctually there was a release of a test server for assembly it probably worked better because not a lot of people were on the test server.

 

The last TEST for A.S. had so many issues most of the people were dissatisfied and went back to normal game playing. The Ore drops were astronomical (1 in 60), the cargo bay was "Full" even when it was empty, and since we were GIVEN ORE most just assembled what they could with that and called it the test. Without the ability to collect the Cargo we were unable to see the LAG that has been seen on the servers currently, and you are correct the maps were not full like normal because of the other issues I mentioned but there still should have been another test of several days before it went live on the regular servers.

 

As much i am patience i cant help that i bought the package just after lag ended and never knew there was protocol problem and i bought a week doubler and still its not fixed

1 week willlbe soon over, its already the 4th day and i am angry the fact that they have not made a post saying they will give compensaion to user who bought doubler especially on those times when we were not aware of it. im still boxing and i can only say i am more angry if they did not compensate. they did extend the gg assebly event because of there fault, now im looking for them to extend my doubler so that i can enjoy atleast 1-2 days of normal boxing.

 

I am sorry that I can't help you with that. I do understand your pain, you should really go to support and explain them the situation. You are not the only one with this problem, so I guess DO will do something about this when the problem is fixed.

 

yes people with boxing doubler or pet protocols need to get compensation.

 

Wish I had the magic wand to do that, I am not a MOD as I do not have the patience and would be fired as I would be pushing the Dev Team too hard, I can only give my opinion and assumptions from what I read in the forums like you. Would be nice to have Rick's ear and be able to send him information but not in my stars. I hate to see what happens when they launch the EiG system next month (assuming that is still the schedule).
