[TI] Turbo Mine CPU2 8(not working)

    i got a insta shield and a turbo mine cpu2 from auction.

    both equipped.

    only instashield appears under special items, but no turbo mine cpu2.
    is it suposed to be that way ?
    thank you.
    BTW:history and cache deleted. and wiped out all configs and done them again.

    Yep it's fine, turbo mine is not an item that needs activated, soon as you put it on your ship it will begin working.
