    I tried to do UBA, and it glitched, and I was stuck with a 0:00 countdown. I logged out of the game because I could not do anything, and i have not been able to get back into the game since, though i can log into the backpage.

Please know that we are keeping Support aware of this issue, and would appreciate you posting in the link provided with as much detail as possible.
