[TI] Unable to Log in

  1. Its been 4 days straight i have not been able to log in, i can log in on the back page fine without problems but the game screen just says establishing connection all the time, and if i do get in successfully the game screen is totally frozen i cannot see my hotkeys or ports, whats going on

    BOB-THE-BEST-S*D, Are you able to log on using a different browser? You can also try the suggestion by PSKSUNDANCE and try resetting your browser to defaults.
    Please let us know the status of your issue.

I reset the browser as advised and I also ran multiple scans through advanced system care pro which resulted no issues, I also cleared cache & diagnosed performance issues which gave no issues, I also have 3 laptops with duel and quad core processors, all run at peak efficiency with no problems on any other website I check up and I still cannot log in on the game screen any browser on any laptop, it still says establishing connection over and over and my adobe flash player is updated to latest version, this has to be a server issue and its going on far to long its ridiculous

    1. Web Browser is not up to date
    2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
    3. Cache needs to be empty
    4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
    5. Distance from server
    6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
    7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
    8. Programs Running in the Background
    9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

    (This is an actual web page - not just an image)
    10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
    11. Possible server problem.

    been a few days for me too, forget when it started, but still can't play.

    flash and browser are still updated, nothing changed except darkorbit. clearing caches didn't help. backpage is fine but opening the client just produces a black window, and nothing happens. same on my other computer. sad, can't even keep up on selling prom.

    using 2d client, firefox, 32bit linux ubuntu 12.04 lts - 10g mem, nvidia, i5. america east (although my location is west).

    The problem is mine as well. I couldn't log in to the game (the back page goes perfectly, but not the game screen). I could play yesterday until late in the evening. Today morning I've cleared my browser, refreshed my op. system, tried other bigpoint games (they're running perfectly), the problem still exists: the black window without any options.
    2d client, ubuntu, firefox, global europe 4 server. Thanks for the help!

    Did you try to play on different browser?
     
  10. And did you try another internet connection? (maybe neighbour's wifi or so) :)

    Yes, I've just tried google chrome, and now it works!

    is it just linux people this is happening to? didn't know anyone else used ubuntu.

    whatever was changed to cause this, change it back. i want to keep using firefox!!! kicking and screaming.

    Edit: i boot off a flash drive, so to use chrome i'll have to install it each time, but i just tried it, and it works great. firefox crashes a lot with darkorbit, but so far chrome isn't, so i guess the moral here is that linux firefox + darkorbit = gross (and not working at all now).
