[TI] Unable to log in.

  1. So i've attempted to contact Support and it's been over 2 days no reply, Whenever I attempt to log into my account it sends me back to the home page and gives me this URL:

    http://int12.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=99

    When I contacted support I was unable to get my User ID since I can actually get into my account. Let me know what I can do please since this randomly just started happening during the Hitac event. I would like to play before it is over... Thanks!
     
  2. Have you created other tickets to Support and kept them? If so then the Auto-Response has this information in it. If not then you are just out of luck. Support is very sticky on this issue as it is a security check to prevent the hijacking of the account. However if you are just asking for the ship to be directed to the normal server send them the most information you can give, Ship Name, Server Played (unable to access), Email Address, IP Address your computer has on the internet, and last date/time game was accessed successfully, User ID (I know you said you do not have this but if you can find it then it is better).

    After sending this (response to the Auto Response from creating the ticket) to Support be patient for a response but check the login ability on a daily basis, they may not get back to you as quickly as the problem is fixed.

  4. I did not ask about creating other tickets about this issue have you dealt with support previously? If Yes and you still have the original ticket response then this has your User ID in it if not then you are out of luck.

    To resolve the problem you describe in your original post, you do need to get in contact with support. If you are unable to provide your UserID on your initial contact with them, just send the request in anyway and provide as much information as possible to them regarding your account. They will likely ask you a few questions to verify account ownership, but should be able to get you some assistance.
