[TI] Unable to play due to loading issue

    Necessary info

    Server: USA 2 (East Coast)

    I am having issues with the loading screen. I press "Start" like I usually do.

    Then the back screen comes up. The loading bar pauses here for a couple of seconds.

    Then it continues on and stops at the end here but the start button never appears.

    I have let the bar sit for hours and it did not budge.
    Please help!

    I have checked your account on both Firefox and Google and I was able to log in with out any trouble.

    Please take a look at the list below which may give you some other options to check.
    1. Web Browser is not up to date
    2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
    3. Cache needs to be empty
    4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
    5. Distance from server
    6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
    7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
    8. Programs Running in the Background
    9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

    (This is an actual web page - not just an image)
    10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
    11. Possible server problem.

    These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

    1. Browser is up to date
    2. Flash and Java are up to date and have necessary plugins
    3. Cache has been emptied
    4. Browser history is clear
    5. I was able to play the game before, so I don't think this is an issue
    6. I have a decent graphics card and RAM and the game was able to be played last week
    7. I am using Wifi and was using Wifi when it worked before.
    8. No programs running in background
    9. Flash player data erased
    10. I have tried Chrome, Mozilla, IE and even Opera
    11. The problem has persisted for three days now so I do not believe it is server issues.
