[TI] Upgrade Problem

    Hello,

    So I used 100k to upgrade some of my stuff and noticed this from my upgrade log.

    However the log says different.

    I don't remember did I upgrade from 2 to lvl 3 or level 6 so level 7 so how can I confirm which is correct? Do I have to send a ticket to Support?

  2. I know I had seen issues in the logbook when I did upgrades and mentioned it to SUPPORT they said it was a glitch in the log as the items were upgraded to the levels shown with the equipment. At this point I started keeping a log of my own of the equipment and level I owned. This has helped me on a couple different instances including the recent Hangar Ship Fiasco.
     
  3. You may want to refresh and look at the log again to see if it matches your equipment. I always upgrade like equipment at the same time for a ship so I can keep track of which ship I am working on. Ship lasers done at the same time, drone lasers at another time. This way I can see at a glance what is happening. Your shields and upgrade log don't match up but sometimes a refresh of the screen will help to clear it up. Stick with support on which is right, and as suggested above, keep a personal log of what you have going on. It will help when troubleshooting issues.

    I would ask, if you refreshed the page and looked at the log again?
    If the problem is still there... then we recommend that you contact support to have the matter investigated further.

    As we here in forums cannot resolve this particular issue.
