[TI] Upgrade problems

I have been doing upgrades on B02's in groups of 4-6 at a time. When they are complete i click on finish all but it is adding nothing at all to my shields.

Hi Tony[-6-],

I believe the best way for us to check if there are any problems with your shield upgrades would be to do a calculation and see whether it matches the shield number you are experiencing in the game. Therefore is there any chance you could provide the following;

For any given configuration of your choice...
- How much shield do you have?
- How many shields are equipped on your ship? What level are they?
- How many shields are equipped on your on drones? What level are they?
- What level are your drones and are they upgraded?
- Are you using any hercules drone designs?
- Do you have any pilot bio? (e.g. Shield Engineering)
- Do you have any shield boosters? (e.g. B01, B02, Kappa Multi booster)
- Are you using any ship design with a shield bonus?
- Are you using any drone formation with a shield bonus?
- Are the shields being upgraded with any resource (e.g. seprom/promerium etc.)?

I believe that should cover anything that would affect your shields.

all drones lvl 16 with herc designs, 5 of which with lvl 16 b02s. on ship no speed gens all b02s, 4 lvl 16s, 1 lvl 8s, 1 lvl 7 1 lvl 6, 1 lvl 4. 3 lvl 3s and 3 not upgraded at all. shields engineering and mechanics maxed in bio with double boosters and sep on shields running 896,459 shields

 

What level are the rest of the BO2's on ship? You only listed 5 BO2.
What ship?

How many drones?
I count 14 BO2 for drones based on your list, which accounts for 7 drones.

Based on the information you provided, I come up with 882,754 with heart formation.

Also when you say they add nothing I must ask if you are upgrading at 100% or lower. Anything lower is a chance at upgrading, and you could just be missing out.

 

i only do upgrades at 100%, ill msg support about it and hope it gets fixed.

I did do some calculations however unfortunately the numbers i achieved were lower than what you were seeing in-game. Therefore i hope support can help get the issue resolved for you.
