[TI] upgrading problems

    hey idk if anyone else has had this happen to them but i was upgrading my lf-4 to level 8 but when they got done upgrading the log says they upgraded succesfully but my lasers went down from 7 to 2 someone help me fix this i really hope i didnt waste my uri i also have pictures so i can provide proof of my problem.

    Yes I am sorry for the late response but it kinda ticked me off so I took a lil break from playing to calm down because this is a lot of uri wasted my I'd code is 76447828 if you like I have pictures of my logs and my lasers

    I am also experiencing issues with the upgrade page, although nowhere near as drastic...

    I upgraded some of my drones successfully yesterday, and was intending to do more of the same tonight; however, the "Step 1" section stays on lasers no matter what I pick to upgrade (drones, modules, etc.). I'm not sure if it's an unintended side effect of the game going 3D (looks awesome, BTW...) or what, but I hope it gets straightened out one way or another...

    Hi tiper,

    Is there any chance you could post some of those pictures you were able to take? I have checked your account but i am unable to find any laser being downgraded as you described.

    Also, thank you for your input Sybr_Mirrorbane, i will have that looked at.

    Hi tiper,

    Do you think you would be able to upload it an image host (e.g. TinyPic, imgur, photobucket et.c) then post the link to that image here? If not, then you could alternatively send support a message and attach the images to the automatic response that they send back.
