logged in three different browsers and still same issue Establishing Connection screen just sits and not does anything but show fast bar. Is there anyone else with same issue and is it being checked out????

 

Try to clear cache&cookies or try another browser

 

I cannot stay connected today. I get in and it kicks me out. Then I can't get in for 30 minutes.
DO NOT tell me to clear my cache. I tried that first, then I ran C-Cleaner. Nothing works.

usa east 1 is is taking multiple attempts to connect. Also game play is freezing and lagin to unplayable.

 

I have managed to get logged in after several attempts three times today. And each time it has been impossible to play. Just froze in place

 

it is USA east 1 and the time has been all day

 

Yup same here, haven't been able to play at all today. And it takes 4-5 tries to get into the game the most of the time it doesn't even work.

 

This is also happening to me.
1. they need to fix this
2. they need to fix when you jump chip you cant seen enemies (no dots no ships)
3. they need to fix the amount of lag we are gettting since the updated client..

 

yep game has been unplayable all day. sad really, stayed up hours trying to get that herc. well played DO.

 

It really is frustrating. A lot of hard work on quests was wasted. I doubt I 'll ever accept another event quest after this.

Happening to me every day about the same time lag starts real bad. Then sign off and then cannot get back on. What is with this game?

 

The funny thing is, theirs no mod or support replying to this,
They simply dont care about their players..
I Just almost died in my Gate do the lag of not moving and seeing NPCs, i had to luckily refresh..
This game is going downhill due to the money rate: and lack of server maintenance..

 

Iam getting the same thing from 11:00 to 12:00 hrs EST it starts to get lag. From12:00 to 13:00 hrs the lag is real bad and starts to freeze up. at 13:00 to 20:00 the game is unplayable. freezes all the time and locks up a lot. u might get 15-30 mins here and their if you are lucky.

 

Yeah I loged in and froze un froze refroze, annoying issue

 

Nothing new guys, I'm in the same boat. Probly uploading the new disaster of an event.

And right after I get a lameo chat ban. I'm done giving them money, if they can't do anything right how secure is my credit card info?
Answer, not very secure.

EDIT: US East3 is in total meltdown. Has been bad since the event started, actually since the update and they rented Nigerian servers or wherever they are renting them from.

We r losing patience Do is losing paying customers. Pass that along. Been complaining to support for weeks about it as well.

This morning i was able to loggin. i was able to login once to freezsin. Same as Jonnyc. now its just establishing connection.

I have merged two threads that were reporting similar issues.

Thank you all for providing us with further information regarding the issues you are experiencing, especially giving us times on when this seems to be effecting you the most.

Whilst we investigate the issue on East Coast 1, can i ask whether any of you have accounts on the other US servers and if so, do you find the same issues on those servers, or only on East Coast 1 exclusively?

Diffrent times of the day there are the same issues on west and east2, that are on east 1. i dont play west or east 2 much. i have tried.
