[TI] USA East 1.

Ddraig, Hi, this huge lag is in USA 3(East Coast) too right now.

 

I do only this server America (east)

 

problems exist on east 3 where I have my only account

How bout all day every day for a time bud. this isn't a new thing happening.
We r losing patience, Do is losing customers. Pass that along.

everybody raging yea there's lag but the whole freezing problem i dont understand clear cache flash player reset your router and ofcourse make sure you replace your hamster or potato whatever you use if that dont work it might just be your isp im able to fly do cubes with graphics high and explosions on high and get 45-57 fps slight lag when you have 30+ players and a cbs though East 3 i got no lag East 1 none and west has slight response lag

Hi all,

I have got another question i thought would be worth asking, can i ask what ISP (Internet Service Provider) you are using?

The reason i ask is because in the past, we've been able to figure out that only players from a certain ISP were getting the issues therefore i thought it would be worthwhile to check with this issue also.

IF I sit in one spot on maps for 2 minutes I get disconnect. If I stop to buy ammo..I get disconnected. Been going on for a month and only get a snotty, arrogant reply from support. Nice customer service DO..See how you like it when the credit card company takes back all the money I spent this month lol.

 

That would mean most players have a bad internet service lol. This happened with last reset 3 weeks ago and support said they knew and were looking into it. That was 3 weeks ago.

 

It is still happening which I stated in an earlier comment. Same time frames between 11am and 5pm. Lag when and if you connect.
When is the problem going to be resolved?
Does it make sense to be this way?
Why should it take this long?
Is there any support we can talk to?

3 PM CST and the lad and connections issues persist with no results from support

 

east 1 unplayable due to lag and screen freeze, its about time support listened to its players and sorted this out

 

Yesterday, 4/2/2015 I was able to get back on at 3:20 PM CST. Now today 4/3/2015 It set in again about 12:00 PM and tried to sign back on at 2:00 PM and still not able to sign on.

 

this lag is still doing bad in the game.

 

yes can't get in the game again 4pm EST us east 3.

i think we stated this so long ago yet no improvement or no help upon this situation.. why keep us in the dark if you are trying to fix it.. You guys obviously is not.

 

US3 the only time I dont seem to have issues is NEVER. That work?

Im sorry I've completely gone nuclear over this, I love this gd game and I can't play it.

Constant freezing, slow load, yada yada! Log out can't get in.

All other games I play, and they are complex 3-d game engines, work fine.

i've lost hours of my time, rebate, box double and premium people. We need compensated, we need fixes, we need serviced!

Obviously this needs to be a downloadable client game, this isnt working anymore for you.

Worst of all some players have no problems I look like a crazed idiot i'm sure to my clan .

I flip out on players when they say to clear cache and all that gibberish.

I know this! In four years of DO I never have seen this kind of lag meltdown or whatever the hell it is!

I can ping the gd moons of Jupiter faster than I can get a signal from you!!!


Please do something!!!!!!
