    Just a thought here... if you have an ad blocker in your browser, you should make sure it is turned off as it will prevent the videos from loading. You would not be able to see the URL in some cases using the Inspect function as suggested earlier in this thread as well. You might also try using a different browser to see if the videos behave differently or if you can get the URL to send in.

    Not sure if this would help, but thought it worth mentioning.

    The issue is when you do the INSPECT there are several URL's including many that are BigPoint. The fact that I am able to get most of the videos to PLAY but not give the reward would have nothing to do with adblocker. The issue with both OXY and Straight Talk ads is they are trying to load unsecure items on a secure site and preventing the final steps of the video to complete and thus no credit for the viewing of the video.

    The problem is being told there is NOTHING D O can do about the ads as they have NO CONTROL over them. I am done wasting my time trying to correct an issue that the Creators are unwilling to correct themselves.

    Just another reason for more players to leave the game.
