[TI] Watching videos to speed ore transfer

    Provide clear instructions for what you are supposed to do when "watching a video" to earn extra gate spins or increase ore delivery by 45 minutes. You've added several ads that pop up as websites and there are no indications of what you are suppose to do. You look around and eventually get frustrated and close the window. You loose that opportunity and receive nothing for your time. I've wasted enough time on this junk. Fix it or remove it from the game. you're obviously getting your pay-per-click compensation from the advertisers, but it's broken on the users end.

    I sincerely apologize for the delay in response to this thread. May i ask if you are still struggling with certain videos, could you please make sure that you provide us with the specific video (name of the advert/video etc.), so that we may pass this on to be looked into further.

    I can tell you the Unilever ad is broken, watched it 3 times this morning with no credit. In this case the ad plays for the full time, you can see it, but you don't get any credit for it.
