[TI] We, The Helix!' - no uridium reward

I have a habit of writing down amount of credits and (naturaly) uridium before logging off. Just in case... case like this one. The server is GE 1 (Global Europe 1).
Recently, I finished the named quest that was supposed to give 3000 uridium. There were 3-4 players in the outfit so the quest was pretty quick.

My balance says:

Mission completed.

+ 3,000 U.

My logbook says:

After that I noticed my uridium increased only slightly, so I went into the balance and counted up uridium group rewards for alien kills, which summed up to 585 U. Adding this number to the amount of uridium I had yesterday gives my current uridium, while the reward of 3000 is missing.

To check things, I switched to US East 1 and did the Helix quest 'Annexation' (gathering 997 prometium), and my account was credited with 10 galaxy spins and 1500 uridium so no problems there. I have a weak ship on that server with which I can't finish 'We, The Helix!' quest for testing purposes.

I am not sure if I received honor, EP and 25 free galaxy spins because I don't keep record of them, but surely I will start keeping track of free galaxy spins after this incident.

As a side note, just upon finishing that quest, the host darkorbit-22.ah.bpcdn.net was non responsive for few minutes and I was unable to get into GG materializer...

Can anything be done regarding missing reward?
I currently have Zeta opened and would certainly like to be sure there are no problems with reward system.

Yes - as ...KIDZ... well said - 3k uridium is 3k uridium. A matter of principle, and moreover, I can't buy G3N-7900 for 1999 uridium - even if I'm short of 'just' 1 uridium.

But it could be much more drastic if this happens after completing a gate due to a similar glitch...

My apologies for the delay, and I realize 3D client is currently on top of priorities on the list of tech problems.
Since the Helix event was prolonged for one day and all finished missions could be completed again, I did it for the mission in question. This time I got all rewards... but had to put double efforts. Anyway, I'm satisfied with that regarding the missing rewards.

Regardless, I would like if the problem can be looked into, because there is no explanation for what happened. It raises many questions, like was the reason collecting the helix bonus box containing the free spin at the time the last alien was destroyed, or perhaps non responsive CDN server at the time of finishing the mission or there's something specific to my account... The list can go on.
If it happened once, I'm afraid it can happen again and in a more drastic way, like not receiving GG rewards.

From the system logs that i can see, they do appear to correlate with your logbook in that;

Unfortunately though our system doesn't record the uridium balance as an active number, and by this i mean it doesn't record before / after numbers, meaning it will be very difficult for me especially to try and look into this for you. My only suggestion would be for you to contact in support with the possibility that they see more information than what i am able to see as an admin.

Thank you for your efforts. It's good to know this coincides with my logbook and balance entry but at the same time bad news it can't be confirmed if the award was added to the balance. I understand it would be next to impossible to calculate 'before' uridium balance to check it was (not) added.

But then, something like 'uridium_purchased 150000 date time' without actual change in the uridium balance also seems possible. If there are no before/after records of the balance, then I don't see how even support can track such issues.
Maybe it's an extremely rare race condition, but it happened.

Per suggestion, I'll try to continue with support as I'm quite curious what caused the problem and what's the probability it can happen again.
