    Try clearing your caches,history and see if it corrects the issue for you. IF it does not then you want to contact SUPPORT with User ID#, Ship Name, Server, and Public IP Address (google search "My IP Address") as it has been an ongoing issue of the chat server kicking IP Addresses without cause or reason. This is different than the most recent stuff but could be related anyway. Either way this will get the techs looking at the issue for us.
