[TI] Won't Load

I have been trying to get on for a hour now and the game won't load is anyone else having this problem i'm playing on Gb1

I have i also i tested the account on other computers in my house and same problem

 

Did you clear the cache on those too? You need to rule it out.

 

Yes i have tried everything possible but i can't get it to load fully

 

yes just went to shop to buy something for pet now just says loading

 

Same issue for me, cleared browser cache and flash player, restarted machine, tried firefox and Chrome and still stalls at 99.9% loaded. Likely my screenshot would be identical to the OP.

 

I am missing crazy cubikon this sucks

Yes Gb2 is working fine still unable to get on Gb1 it's defiantly the game

If other servers work than is a problem from them.All you can do is to wait.Had same problem on USA West Coast and waited for like 30 minutes and resolved from itself.
Be patience.

If other servers works than it's a problem from DO.Try to wait for 30 minutes.Had same problem when they added in-game "shop button".

I'm sorry for trying to help.

It's just that most people don't bother, and the issue is that they have an outdated version of a file cached on their computer. That file may not compatible with the rest of them from a new version of the game, thus causing the loading phase to fail before it's finished. Seeing as most updates for DarkOrbit are done on a Wednesday or a Thursday, it only made sense that it was the most likely scenario.

However it could be, in this case, that the developers broke something for GB1 alone, but I'm inclined to say that this is not the case - With 58 servers, it'd be a pain in the rear to update them one by one. I'm pretty sure they have some system for pushing out a new version of the game to all servers at once.

I can see that you are able to log into the account, you a merely experiencing an issue accessing the flight screen.

Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be. experiencing these issues.

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background
9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link

10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
11. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

5 browsers, still can't get into usa west but have gotten into Germany, Turkey, and GB1. I am in the middle of the US. You do the math.

Finally got into west. WOW...

My issue eventually resolved of itself, could have been anything on the network between here and the servers in Germany. Whole lot of things can go wrong over such distances, I didn't try using a proxy server which can sometimes resolve this issue but have done so with success in the past when faced with similar connection issues.
