[TI] x4 AMMO GONE AFTER GG.

Hi there forumers and BigPoint Staff.

I have experienced an issue today at 00:31 02/12/2015 where I was completing the Zeta Galaxy Gate and by the ending of the last wave (kristallins) I checked all the ammunition I had, and I had noticed that I'm left with around 10,000 x4 ammo left.. so I was pretty happy about that. But after I completed the gate, I lost the 10,000 x4 and only have 35,000 x4 and I should have 45,000 x4.

I received all the rewards except Havoc and of course, my x4 ammo which was taken away for some reason.

I am quite unhappy with this but I am unsure whether this is a new system or something..

BLOODTOXX93, Are you certain you did not use it during the gate? If you had it assigned to a hotkey you may have inadvertently set your ammo to x4.

Yes I did not use any of it since I completed the Zeta Gate with X1, X2, X3 ammo only.

No, it was not set to any of the hotkeys nor the ammo display bar.
I was only shooting Blue and Green lasers which means that x1, x2 and x3 were the only ammo I've used.

I don't use x4 since I am collecting it. But seems like the gate just took the 10K for no reason which is not really good for me. I want to complete different and harder tasks - x4 ammo is not for free nor easy to get.

As soon as I noticed this change and issue, I posted it on here to get help and feedback.


BTW.

What does "=externalHome&loginError=99" stand for when I try to log in into my account now?
I am trying to log on into the account and all I get is a kick to the homepage and in the web bar I get this: =externalHome&loginError=99
Any reasons why this is happening?

A ban for what.. for playing and reporting an issue I've experienced?

There is no message appearing or popping-up, it only takes me back to the homepage and I cannot log on.

I have tried to use the forgot password option - still the same issue, cannot log on.
I use:

well if you changed your name to something inappropriate then its a 2 day ban error 99 is a ban

 

Nope, I have not changed my username, nor gamename or anything else. Just the password today..

 

Hold on a second - as far as I'm concerned zetas are meant to give only 25k rounds of x4 instead of the 35k you suggested....at least that's how it's always been to me, 35k uri is included in the rewards upon completing the gate so you might be mistaking the two values I assume

As for what caused it, exploiting a glitch, botting, or using an autolocker tool

 

Not being funny or "cheeky", but from what you wrote, I assume and I can see that you are an ignorant and unmannered person who cannot respect others. If I was banned for using a Cheat - it would display a message/notification that my account has been suspended. (Think -.-)

From what I only managed to do, is just play - complete my zeta gate - report an issue which was DarkOrbits Wiki page fault (Somebody changed the rewards of the Zeta Galaxy Gate, which made me make and post this thread) - ban for nothing.
Being banned for telling an issue on the forum? That's kinda ridiculous.


Cannot log into the account since the day I have reported this issue here on the forum - Members of Staff ignoring the messages. They rather sort out people having an issue with a displayed homepage rather than people who need help with playing the actual game. My opinion - no hate, no blame.

Apparently account given from a sibling is something bad, now the account is blocked and nobody has access to it. Great support.

You don't ban people who share the accounts on JPA nor UBA, or the people who sell accounts.
