  1. The servers suck overall for lag, I don't know what's going on. I bought an extra life in Zeta thinking I'd be okay, and I disconnected on all 4 waves :mad: This game really needs a lag reducer because I'm tired of losing my gates because the servers suck.

    The enemies are in the top left corner and I'm in the bottom right, but how?

    There needs to be some kind of compensation because the game sucks. At least some gate spins to reopen it. Support already reset a kappa a week ago for the same thing. I'm tired of spending money on this game to watch it go down the drain.

  3. already spent too much on 4th life too, DO way of saying they hate us lol. But yes you can wait a few days and resend to support. They are happy to help with the issue.
     
  4. Iirc not much support can do. You can only have one gate reset a month. Next time if you've died three times from lag, maybe hold on before you lose the gate to dying on the fourth..? :/

  6. Yeah it's resolved, only I'm down 1 zeta gate and 9,500 uri, but yknow, support never cares about that, now do they. You can close
     
  7. and all they tell u is it might be your computer plz check your settings to reduces lag im like bruh my fps is so high I cant see straight cx

    Please know that all players are eligible for one free gate reset every 30 days, as long as you contact support within 48 hours of losing the gate.

    I am sorry that you experienced this type of issue, I would also recommend that in the future when writing here in the forums about a game issue the you provide the following information, so we can investigate the issue more effectively.

    If you did lose the gate, please contact support and request a gate reset.
