Tiberium collector

    Hi, my Tiberium collector has stopped working in skylab.
    Anyone else having this problem? I cleared the cache and re started computer etc.

    Hi

    I think Tiberium is an ore in the Command and Conquer series of games ;)

    I assume you mean Terbium. What level is the collector and what level is the Duranium refinery. If the Duranium is equal or higher than your collectors then it will appear that the collector has stopped working. You will need to raise the Terbium collector so that it is higher than the refinery above it. If you dont have enough terbium ore then you will need to turn the refineries off first until the collector is full again.

    If this doesn't fix it then please post your user ID number and I will look into it for you.

    Hi Harley, thanks for that: ;-) didnt mean to give another game a plug - sorry
    Terbium, Endurium and Prometium collectors are all level 16.
    Duranium is Level 8
    All was working well - I upgraded all 3 of the above to level 16 - when completed the Endurium and Prometium were working fine and have collected over 2 mil each since the upgrade - Terbium is stuck on 0 and showing production as zero.

    Hi Harley, been messing with it again and the collector is showing a red light in the bottom left corner - where the other collectors are green. I clicked the red light and it says not enough energy is being produced to activate it - but the solar module is showing 1445/1710

    Its sorted thanks m8 - I turned all my refineries off and its re-started.

    After further investigation in to your issue further, it appears that you have contacted support and they have verified that your Terbium is now producing ore.

    Does teh OP have any furhter questions on this topic?
