Time difference problems between website and space map on some servers

    Hey SpacePilots,

    At the moment, we have a problem with time differences of a couple of hours between the website of the game and the space map, and therefore, it can happen during the weekend that announced events (such as bonus rewards in Galaxy Gates or other breaking news) aren’t shown at the correct time on the website but a couple of hours earlier and the event hasn’t started yet in the game client (aka space map). This might result in missing out on certain bonus rewards. If so, please create a support ticket so that we can investigate the problem.

    But also keep this problem in mind when you see special announcements on the website. The following servers are concerned:
    ServerDelayed
    US13 hours
    GA13 hours
    GA23 hours
    MX12 hours
    RU52 hours

    We are very sorry that we couldn’t solve this problem before the weekend started but we will assure you that we do our very best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    We wanted to let you know this issue has been solved. There was also a script run to compensate all players who didn’t get the double rewards due to these issues.
