Title Overhaul

    I see people pushing their titles over to their secondary accounts and keeping them for a long time. So what I think DO should do is make the title holder be on daily for at least 30 minutes out of demi zone and x-1, x-2 maps. These titles aren't meant to be hogged and its just ridiculous.

    I haven't seen a tittle on an npc in a long time even made a post about it. Used to see them once a week twice a month...
