trapped myself out of my own account

    Hello. well i've sort of trapped myself out of my main account. I went to switch servers, but switched to a server where my account is banned. so i get that 'error' message. so now, it keeps directing me to my banend account, when logging in. Does any1 know how to resolve this?

    or will this be something support have to do?
