Trying to replace one ship for another.

    Bid and won a Vengeance. Trying to replace my existing Goliath.
    Enter hanger. See allocate flashing. Problem is, it has a Leonov as a selection. Tried to go left/right on selection and no other ships to select. Ok, doing something wrong.... Tried to rebid next time, said I already have one.

    Yes sounds to me like you may have won a vengeance design rather than the ship itself.

    Paste here exactly what you won. Either way your still ahead, now you have a design to go with the ship.

    Correct. I won a design not the basic ship. Thanks. Last question please.Can I can get a basic vengeance and upgrade it to a Lightning before I have to allocate it and dump my F.E. Goliath.? Thanks..

    You can use a design once you allocate the ship and not before. So once you get and allocate your basic vengy you will be able to use the lightning design.

    Just a little sub note while we're on the subject...

    In Hanger/Equipment, if your ship is a Goliath in the active hanger you will only see Goliath designs in the drop down menu.(located just above the pet tab) You will not see any Vengeance designs although you have 1 or more.

    The same goes if the "ship" in the hanger is a Vengeance you will see only Vengeance designs and no Goliath designs.
